This was imperative as I had window cleaners and painters booked on a very tight schedule. By the Thursday - no one had returned to do the work. I phoned NSHS office 3 different times - left messages and no one called me back. On the 4th call I was finally told there were no trucks available and the work would be completed on the Monday. I had to cancel both the painters and the window cleaners with less than 24 hours notice. Monday morning I received an email - not even a phone call - from Cory - to say the tech had to cancel.

Our building permit records indicate that North Shore Home Services, LLC has worked on at least 1 project over the past year. We generally recommend hiring a contractor with a score higher than 95. Three months, some heavy rainfall, and a few wind storms later and the extension is still--literally hanging by a thread. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this company, since I haven't had a positive experience since the initial booking.

The first person who came to my house to do the service arrived pretty late in the day... Clearly a lack of a well planned schedule by whoever schedules that for them. Second of all, when I pay for a WINDOW cleaning, I don't expect the service to be limited to GLASS only. The service was done glass only, poorly cleaned.

I will never use or recommend this lousy company to anyone. I am usually very reasonable when I hire a service. I am not the type of customer that will complain for a tiny insignificant thing just to take any advantage. I paid almost $600 for exterior WINDOW cleaning and gutters. And NONE of those 2 services were done properly.
